A Titan 4B rocket blasts off from Cape Canaveral Air Force Station at 12:29 a.m. on 9 September 2003 carrying a secret classified payload, NROL-19, for the National Reconnaissance Office. It is presumed that a spy satellite is being placed into orbit aboard this rocket. Upper right picture shows the two solid rocket boosters falling away as the Titan vehicle, bluish dot at extreme right, continues on into space.
