Space Shuttle Atlantis with its six member crew returned to Earth on 26 May 2010 to land at Kennedy Space Center at approximately 8:48 a.m. to end a construction and resupply flight (STS-132) to the International Space Station. This is the last planned mission for Atlantis before retirement to a museum somewhere. Photographing the landing was marred by having to shoot into the glare of the rising Sun causing the images to be highly processed to make them usable.
