STS-110 (Atlantis) 8 April 2002	Launch Complex 39B Kennedy Space Center
The space shuttle Atlantis lifts off from Kennedy Space Center at approximately 4:44 p.m. on 8 April 2002 bound for the International Space Station. Designated STS-110, this flight carries construction material to enlarge the station along with seven astronauts to do all the work.
