Launch Complex 39A Kennedy Space Center |
A SpaceX Falcon 9 rocket launched 23 Starlink satellites to low-Earth orbit from Launch Complex 39A (LC-39A) at Kennedy Space Center at 6:37 a.m. on 12 August 2024. Following stage separation, Falcon 9's first stage landed on the A Shortfall of Gravitas droneship stationed in the Atlantic Ocean. This is the 17th flight for the first stage booster supporting this mission, which previously launched SES-22, ispace's HAKUTO-R MISSION 1, Amazonas-6, CRS-27, Bandwagon-1, and 11 Starlink missions. |
