Launch Complex 39A Kennedy Space Center |
A SpaceX Falcon 9 rocket launched the OPTUS-X / TD7 mission to a geosynchronous transfer orbit from Launch Complex 39A (LC-39A) at Kennedy Space Center at 5:28 p.m. on 17 November 2024. Following stage separation, Falcon 9's first stage landed on the A Shortfall of Gravitas droneship stationed in the Atlantic Ocean. This is the 16th flight for the Falcon 9 first stage booster supporting this mission, which previously launched Crew-5, GPS III Space Vehicle 06, Inmarsat I6-F2, CRS-28, NG-20, and nine Starlink missions. |
