A SpaceX Falcon 9 rocket launched the GPS III SV-10 mission to medium-Earth orbit from Space Launch Complex 40 (SLC-40) at Cape Canaveral Space Force Station at 2:53 a.m. on 21 April 2026. Following stage separation, Falcon 9's first stage landed on the Just Read the Instructions droneship stationed in the Atlantic Ocean.

This is the seventh flight for the first stage booster supporting this mission, which previously launched six Starlink missions.
