A short time exposure taken with a pocket digital camera from the second story deck of the Fern Forest Nature Center in Coconut Creek as a Delta 4 rocket carrying the Geostationary Operational Environmental Satellite-P (GOES-P) leaves Cape Canaveral Air Force Station at 6:57 p.m. on 4 March 2010. The occasion to miss the launch of this new weather satellite was a visit to present the Osprey program to a South Florida environmental group.
