A SpaceX Falcon 9 rocket launches into bright moonlight at 10:50 p.m. on 1 March 2015 from Space Launch Complex 40 at Cape Canaveral Air Force Station taking two communications satellites into orbit in this time exposure taken from the beach. The Asia Broadcast Satellite (ABS 3A) will connect the Americas, Europe, Africa, and the Middle East. The second satellite, EUTELSAT 115 West B will provide coverage from Alaska and Canada to South America. | |
