Atlantis Rollover - 2 November 2012
Page Five of Six
Atlantis' watery reflection.
The astronaut parade has moved far ahead of the slow moving orbiter.
Atlantis reaches the Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex after an approximately 10 mile journey from the Vehicle Assembly Building. The cherry-picker holds a camera crew.
Atlantis makes the final turn to enter the building just before sunset.
There was a delay moving Atlantis into the building until after dark so we did not stay for that.
We did stay long enough to watch the fireworks display at the Visitor Complex that capped off a long day of memorable activities.
